The list goes on. I offer my personal training at Harrow Rugby Club (HA7 4LF) which serves the areas of the areas of Harrow, Stanmore, Edgware.
I start off by offering a two session introduction for £45. Session one includes a full assessment to understand where you are now and answer your most pressing health and fitness questions. Session two will include a trial personal training session based on the assessment to give you a flavour of what future sessions will be like.
There is no obligation to continue after that but I am confident you will after attending those sessions. Just take a look at my testimonials if you are un sure.
