Personal Training

Personal training is exactly that. Personal. 

We all want different things from training and I pride myself on being able to deliver a session that meets your needs. Whether it is to build muscle, drop body fat, become stronger or train for a specific event. What you will get with me is an evidenced based approach to training with the personal touch of the experience that I have to offer. 

Approach

The first step is to meet in person for a consultation and initial one off session. We will discuss, in depth, your goals and what you need from your training (and trainer!). We will also complete a training session giving you a great workout and a chance to see what training will be like. 

This is an opportunity for us both to get to know each other. I can understand what you want to achieve and the challenges you face which allows me to put the best plan forward for you. 

This introduction session is £40 and you can book this in now by sending an enquiry.

 

Depending on the agreed best approach we will move forward with personal training based on training 2,4,6,8,10 or 12 times a month. I also recommend a weekly check in service where we schedule some time to chat through your training and plan ahead for next week. This helps keep you on track towards your goals, by staying accountable and navigating up coming obstacles eg busy work weeks and social events.
