Where do I start with this guy. I met him at a fair and thought why not. Always wanted to get a PT and wanted to bulk up.
I started with Jamie soon after and saw him three times a week. I have to say he’s been absolutely fantastic. He’s made me work harder than I did previously, he made a programme which suited my needs and I have to say I saw the difference after a few weeks!
Together we made an eating programme too which helped me increase my bulk. When I’ve worked out previously having done so by myself or even with other trainers, I’ve given up very quickly without seeing any results.
As I said, after a few weeks of eating well and healthy together with Jamie’s workout sessions, I really did feel the difference and saw the results. And previously I’ve hated running, but having worked out with Jamie, I was spurred on to take up running again and started to enjoy it.
I can genuinely say that it’s the first time where I’ve actually enjoyed working out. He knew what he was talking about in terms of what kinds of exercise to do and what type of nutrition to take.
Besides his knowhow and his professionalism, he is a genuinely a down to earth nice guy. He is a really good laugh and I would recommend him to anyone.
