After working in the office for five years in central London I realised I wasn't achieving what I wanted, I wasn't helping others and I wasn't enjoying my job.
Now that's all changed and I get to see the positive impact a healthy lifestyle has on all my clients.
I grew up in the midlands and have always been active. I played every sport going at school and have played rugby since I was six. I found snowboarding in my teens and have been hooked ever since. If only there were more mountains in the UK!
My ambition is to be able to help anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness. That is why I do one to one Personal Training for those with serious goals and high ambitions, Wild In The Park group fitness for those who want something regular, fun and socialble to build into their lifestyle, and then bespoke programs and equipment supply for those that want the expertise but prefer to train on their own.
I am backed by Wild Training - A company that has put its heart and sole into fitness since it was started and forms the basis for many of the programs that I use.
I'm passionate about health and fitness and everything I use to train my clients I have tested myself so I know it works.
